• ½ cup OmMade Mmm…Matcha Peanut Butter
• 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
• 1 inch ginger
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 green onions
- Mix all the ingredients and generously rub the lamb chops with the mixture.
- Lay in a single layer in an air fryer & cook at 400° for 7-9 minutes, flipping once in between.
- Remove the lamb chops when they reach an internal temperature of 135°, the lamb will continue to cook as it rests.
- We paired the lamb with miso noodles.
