INGREDIENTS
- 4 tbsp OmMade Hella Hot Peanut Butter
- 2 pints shishito peppers
- 1/3 cup coconut crème
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/8 cup chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
- flaky sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine the OmMade Hella Hot Peanut Butter with the coconut creme, lemon juice, pressed garlic, and chili sauce. Set aside until you are ready to serve.
- Drizzle olive oil onto whole shishito peppers and cook on a grill or air fryer until they are blistered and soft. Sprinkle with a finishing salt. (flaky sea salt or whatever you like.)
- You can use this as a veggie dip, too!
