INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup OmMade Peanut Butter (we think Crunchie Munchie or Mint Magic are great in this!)
- 1 pre-baked, 9-inch pie shell
- 2 ⅔ cups milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup corn starch
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Scald the milk in a saucepan
- Sift the sugar, salt, and cornstarch into a 2-quart bowl
- Add half the scalded milk to the dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk
- Pour the mixture into the saucepan with the remaining scalded milk
- Add the butter and vanilla and stir constantly over low heat until you can no longer taste the cornstarch and the filling has thickened to pudding consistency.
- Remove from heat and fold in your OmMade Peanut Butter
- Pour filling into the pre-baked pie shell and refrigerate till firm
Optional: Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts
