OmMade Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1 pre-baked, 9-inch pie shell

  • 2 ⅔ cups milk

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup corn starch

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tbsp butter


  1. Scald the milk in a saucepan

  2. Sift the sugar, salt, and cornstarch into a 2-quart bowl

  3. Add half the scalded milk to the dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk

  4. Pour the mixture into the saucepan with the remaining scalded milk

  5. Add the butter and vanilla and stir constantly over low heat until you can no longer taste the cornstarch and the filling has thickened to pudding consistency. 

  6. Remove from heat and fold in your OmMade Peanut Butter

  7. Pour filling into the pre-baked pie shell and refrigerate till firm

Optional: Garnish with whipped cream and chopped peanuts
