OmMade Peanut Butter Satay Sauce


  • ⅓ cup OmMade Crunchie Munchie or I Dream of Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 tsp corn oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • ½ tsp pepper 
  • ⅓-½ cup hot water
  • Dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts (optional)


  1. Heat the corn and sesame oils in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and sauté over medium heat till softened.
  3. Add the vinegar and sugar; continue to stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve sauce at room temperature with marinated grilled chicken or pork or toss with noodles.
