OmMade Peanut Butter Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup OmMade Crunchie Munchie Peanut Butter
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cream butter, OmMade Crunchie Munchie Peanut Butter, & sugars
- Add egg and vanilla; beat till light and fluffy
- Sift flour, salt, and baking soda over creamed mixture and blend thoroughly
- Form dough into 1” balls and place on a greased baking sheet
- Press flat with fork tines to form a cross-hatch pattern
- Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes
- Cool & store in an airtight container
- Enjoy with cold (oat)milk
