OmMade Peanut Butter Protein Bars

DRY INGREDIENTS
- Oatmeal: 3 cups
- Protein powder: 1 cup
- Chia seeds: ½ cup
- Coconut or almond flour: ½ cup
- Chopped dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, raisins): 1 cup
WET INGREDIENTS
- OmMade Chocolate Delight Peanut Butter: 1 cup
- Avocado Oil: ½ cup
- Maple syrup: 2 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the wet ingredients and heat on a low simmer until they combine.
- Mix dry ingredients and combine them with the wet ingredients.
- Spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. The dough should fill the sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes/until golden brown.
- Chill & cut
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 weeks
