OmMade Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Total: 20 minutes

DRY INGREDIENTS

  • Oatmeal: 3 cups
  • Protein powder: 1 cup
  • Chia seeds: ½ cup
  • Coconut or almond flour: ½ cup
  • Chopped dried fruit (cranberries, cherries, raisins): 1 cup

WET INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix the wet ingredients and heat on a low simmer until they combine.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and combine them with the wet ingredients.
  3. Spread on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. The dough should fill the sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes/until golden brown.
  5. Chill & cut
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 weeks
