OmMade Peanut Butter Smoothie

OmMade Peanut Butter Shake


  • 1.5 tbsp OmMade Coconut Bliss Peanut Butter
  • 1 banana 
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • ½ cup milk (use oat milk for vegan version)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 2 tsp flax seeds 
  • Ice 

Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend, and enjoy!
