Mango lassi is a cold, yoghurt-based smoothie flavored with mango pulp and a hint of sugar. Our special ingredients make our lassi unlike any other drink. First, our yoghurt is slow-cultured using the traditional Indian method. The slow-culture process lends the yoghurt a natural sweetness and creaminess not found in other yoghurts. Second, our yoghurt has lots of active cultures, good for overall health. Third, we use a special type of mango called kesar. Kesar is the Hindi word for saffron and the mango is a dark, rich color that imbues the lassi with a color and flavor unlike any other drink. Finally, we use organic sugar cane with its natural sweetness and flavor.
