INGREDIENTS
- 1/8 cup OmMade Vibrant Turmeric Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup quinoa (uncooked)
- 1 tbsp honey
- pinch salt
- 1/8 cup protein or banana powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the quinoa per package instructions
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients
- Roll out small balls and roll in your favorite toppings like sunflower seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds, etc
- The quinoa bites will be soft; store in the refrigerator
